Monofilamente

New markets and applications require monofilaments with new and unique physical, chemical, and thermal characteristics. Intensive exchange of information with customers and early recognition of new market trends are the basis for developing innovative monofilaments for our customers worldwide.
Monosuisse combines technological knowledge of spinning special polymers such as PVDF, PPS, PLA, PEN, and POM with its years of experience in producing fine and very fine monofilaments. Special polymers such as PBT, PPS, PLA, PEN, or Co-PET are available in the coarse monofilament sector. Flame-retardant polymers are also available in PA and PET.

The development of new monofilaments begins on specially equipped pilot systems and ends with industrial production on high performance lines. Product development is supported and monitored in-house by our own chemical and physics laboratories.
The latest product from this kind of development is a high-quality monofilament made of PVDF. Thanks to its inherent flame resistance and excellent chemical resistance, this product is very well suited for manufacturing architectural fabrics for interior and exterior applications.

Multifilamente

Thanks to our years of experience producing fine yarns, we have taken a different path than many of our competitors. We are engaged in expanding our product portfolio in the multifilament sector increasingly in the fine titer sector. Together with our customers, we are developing special multifilaments with new and unique filament properties. Here as well, the development of new monofilaments begins on specially equipped pilot systems and ends with industrial production on high performance lines.

Product development is supported and monitored in-house by our own chemical and physics laboratories. As with our monofilaments, we can also use a wide variety of polymers in the multifilament sector.
As a result, special multifilaments that are used today in the medical field could be developed together with our customers.
