Separation and filtration have become essential in today’s world. The success of the wide variety of filters in a number of different applications in medicine, chemistry, process engineering, and water purification depends to a large extent on the quality of the filter or sieve fabrics. Monosuisse provides this very diverse market segment with a complete product range that includes a large variety of diameters and polymers.

Monofilaments from PA6.6
The entire range of Monosuisse's polyamide 6.6 monofilaments are used for manufacturing filter fabrics for medical applications, chemical processes, and purification of waste water. Polyamide 6.6 is ideal for these applications due to its good chemical and abrasion resistance.
The entire product range of polyamide monofilaments is designed for woven fabrics, braids, and other fabric applications. Depending on the application and requirements, the types of product can be used solely as warp material or as warp and weft material. The intensive monitoring of the production facilities and products ensures a very high level of quality.
Monosuisse is the only supplier that offers the option of spun-dyed polyamide monofilaments.
Monofilaments from PA6
Long service life and resistance to wear characterize this material. Monosuisse offers an extensive product line of high-quality PA6 monofilaments that can be used as warp and weft material. Our PA6 monofilaments are monitored online during production to ensure a consistent diameter.
Monofilaments from PA6.10
Monosuisse monofilaments made of polyamide 6.10 are used in filtration applications where low moisture absorption is required. These monofilaments therefore have outstanding performance in moist or wet applications.
Monosuisse uses high-quality polymers exclusively for these applications.
On customer request, monofilaments can be manufactured with special protection against chemicals and with higher thermal stability.
Monofilaments from PET
Whenever the operating conditions for filtration fabrics dictate an especially high mechanical stability, low moisture absorption, and precise diameters, the polyester monofilaments from Monosuisse are the first choice.
All products can be used as warp or weft material. The product range from Monosuisse includes both standard types and modified polyester monofilaments that are resistant to hydrolysis or are specially stabilized chemically. The quality of the monofilaments for all of our products is tested online to ensure outstanding processing capability. The standard color is white. On customer request, spun-dyed versions can be produced.
Monofilaments from PP
Polypropylene features a low specific weight and minimal moisture absorption. An additional advantage is its resistance to chemicals in the normal range of temperatures.
Our monofilaments made from polypropylene have outstanding product properties and are resistant to dust formation. In addition, our products provide protection against oxidation or ultraviolet radiation.
A wide selection of standard spun-dyed filaments is available from us. Special spun-dyed polypropylene monofilaments are likewise available on request.
Monofilaments from PA12
Monosuisse monofilaments made of polyamide 12 are used in filtration applications where low moisture absorption is required. These monofilaments therefore provide outstanding performance in moist or wet environments. An additional advantage of our PA12 monofilaments is the excellent abrasion resistance.
Monosuisse uses high-quality polymers exclusively for this application.
On customer request, monofilaments can be manufactured with special modifications.
