Monosuisse supports the dual education system in Switzerland and has set itself the goal that 10% of our workforce completes an apprenticeship, further education or an internship.

With a staff of around 170 employees, we are currently training 10 apprentices in various professions and supporting 3 interns from various institutions.

Our employees also regularly attend specific further training courses. Furthermore, we offer work trials in cooperation with SUVA.

We are happy to support people who want to regain their footing in working life after a longer period of absence. Education is important to us and helps everyone.
