Almost 2000 photovoltaic modules with a maximum total output of 910 kWp (maximum power) now supply green electricity for the production of our high-quality mono- and multifilaments at the Romania plant. On an annual average, we supply our plant with 8.5% renewable electricity from our own production and improve our carbon footprint.
On average, 2450 MW of electricity is produced annually, which could supply more than 800 single-family homes for an entire year. After our site in Switzerland, this is now the Monosuisse Group's second major investment for the environment.

Our goal is to initiate more such projects in the future and sell our end product in a more environmentally friendly way.
